At Pet Nannies LLC, every product is made to order with care especially our Custom Paw-traits and personalized items. Because each piece is created uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Custom Orders:
All Custom Paw-trait and personalized designs are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or store credit if the problem is due to a production or shipping error.

Replacements are not offered for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or customer-submitted image issues (e.g., blurry or low-quality photos).
Pawlished Wear: Ready-to-Wear / Print-on-Demand Items
Ready-to-wear or non-custom products are also made to order through our print partners. We only replace items if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Please report any issue within 7 days of receipt so we can help.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change (such as an address update or image upload), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
