All items are made to order through our print partners.

• We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but cannot guarantee exact matches.

• We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities, or to discontinue products at any time.

 

3. Custom Paw-traits & Personalized Items

Custom designs are created using customer-submitted photos and details.

• By submitting photos, you grant Pet Nannies LLC permission to use them for design and fulfillment purposes.

• You confirm that you own or have rights to the images provided.

• Once the proof is approved, production begins, and no further edits or refunds can be made.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout. Orders will not begin production until payment is received in full.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties are outside our control.
 

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.
We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
